September 12th invite your clients and support businesses to our Royal LePage Golf 4 Shelter event.
It's Texas Scramble (play the best ball) at Cedar Hill Golf Course.
Registration starts at 12:00 pm with a shotgun start at 1:00 pm. Silent auction begins at 5:30 pm to be followed by dinner and a live auction. Cost is $125 for golf, power cart and dinner or just $50 for dinner. Also, this year we have TWO ‘hole-in-one’ contests courtesy of Megson Fitzpatrick Insurance and Oak Bay Bicycles. Each will give you a chance to win $10,000! Beginners and pros are welcome so come and join in, it's a great time and great cause!
Royal LePage believes that by improving the lives of people in the communities where we live and work, we will improve our own lives as well. Royal LePage has always taken an active role in the communities we serve. Our REALTORS® and clients were surveyed to help identify a national cause that had a true meaning for us. Four of the six top causes identified related specifically to shelters. It only makes sense, really, since we’re in the business of shelter and know that shelter comes in many forms.
The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation is Canada’s largest public foundation dedicated exclusively to funding women’s shelters and violence prevention and education programs. Because we believe in the importance of giving back to the community, Royal LePage is the only Canadian real estate company to have our own charitable foundation. All of the administrative costs of the Shelter Foundation are underwritten so that 100% of every dollar donated goes directly to helping our cause.
Royal LePage real estate agents and their clients are working to create safer homes and safer communities by contributing more than $14 million since 1999 to help women and children across Canada. Through donating a portion of their commission on the purchase or sale of your property, our agents are helping bring hope and provide shelter for those who need it most. Our brokers, agents and staff also provide volunteer time and in-kind goods, and hold special community events to help raise funds and awareness to end family violence for more than 30,000 women and children who take refuge in a shelter each year. Thank you for taking the time to read this; now, we invite you to consider contributing to this very worthy cause.
